- CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND LAST 4 DIGITS OF CUSTOMER PHONE NUMBER THAT IS ON FILE WITH CITY OF DALLAS.
- Your Account Number is only the Numbers after the O's (i.e.- 01-000123 would be acct number 123, 01-001234 would be acct # 1234, 01-012345 would be acct # 12345).
- Payments take up to 72 hours to post on accounts.
TO AVOID DISCONNECTION, IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE, please do not make a payment online after the 18th of the month as it may not post to the account before cut offs.
Bills are due on the 10th of each month and will accrue a late penalty after that.
